Frequently Asked Questions

Everything You Need to Know

Do you report transactions?

Our return policy is quite simple.  All non-precious metals are "as is no return".  All bills, coins, and other precious metals are returnable with your original invoice.  Simply present your paperwork to the person on duty, along with your purchased product.  Once presented, the person on duty will evaluate everything.  If everything is in the same condition as purchased and the store has the need for the product, you will receive what you paid for it.  With gold & silver, you will receive your purchase price amount back or 2.5% over spot price at the time of return, whichever is higher at that time.

Almost all transactions are conducted without any IRS reporting at all. We do not respond to any unofficial requests and will only comply to legitimate, properly served subpoenas, only if it’s our legal obligation to do so.

We are, however, required to report if two conditions exist.

1.      If your purchase is larger than $10,000.00 and you use Federal Reserve Notes & U.S. Coins (CASH) or two or more CASH INSTRUMENTS (Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Traveler’s Checks) totaling more than $10,000.

2.      Debits, Bank Wires, Credit Card, and Personal Checks payment are NOT considered cash or cash instruments.

Your information is private & we use proper discretion with it.

If your information is subpoenaed, we will contact you, if legally appropriate.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we are ONLY accepting cash for precious metal sales.  For non-precious metal sales, we are accepting cash, cashier's checks, AG & SE gift cards (Available for purchase at store.), all Square accepted tenders with 6%/$.30 transaction fee, wire transfers, and Zelle.
