What is your return policy?
With our company, we would consider this "buying" precious metal products from our existing customer that we previously sold them or a new customer who would like us to buy their precious metal from them. With that said, everything will be based off the current spot price of that item, the quality of the product, the demand for the product, and the need of our company to purchase that particular item. All non-precious metals are "AS IS, NO RETURN."
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do offer gift cards, however, they are only available for purchase at our store.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently we are ONLY accepting cash for precious metal sales. For non-precious metal sales, we are accepting cash, cashier's checks, AG & SE gift cards, all Square accepted tenders with 6%/$.30 transaction fee, wire transfers, and Zelle.
